With rests on the way arrival in the city of Trun. Visit to the rock chapel of Saint Petka, a Christianized prehistoric rock-hewn sanctuary, acting as a rock chapel. According to a medieval legend in the cave, where Saint Petka hid, chased by the infidels, prints of her palm and feet and a petrified bread are still preserved...
The Trna region abounds in interesting natural places, but also objects, whether world knowledge about Bulgaria. In the village of Studen Izvor, near the birthplace of Dr. Stamen Grigorov, there is a Yogurt Museum, opened in 2007. Dr. Grigorov's first scientific publication on yogurt can be seen in the museum's library, printed in French in 1905, as well as recent studies of the anticancer properties of Lactobacillus bulgaricus, carried out by prof. Akiyoshi Shinshu, Japan.
Acquaintance with the Thorn region will not be complete, if we do not visit the Museum of Ceramics in the village of Busintsi. In the past, the village of Busintsi was famous as an important center of traditional pottery not only in Bulgaria, but also in the Balkans. This ceramic school reached its heyday in 18 and especially through 19 century, when they work over here 300 workshops and 1500 potters. According to the Japanese professor Bonishiro Morishita, the Busin ceramic school is the most authentic not only within Europe. Today, samples of Busin ceramics are kept in the National History Museum and in many of the world's most prestigious museums: The Louvre, The Museum of Man in Paris, museums in Japan, China, Italy, Austria. Only here can be seen the so-called. okanicheta - ritual small pitchers for wine and brandy, decorated with plastic figures. These are objects, used in wedding rituals to invite matchmakers and best men.

In the late afternoon, the walk along the Gorge of the Erma River, or as it is also known - the Thorn Gorge, begins. Steep stairs alternate along the path (secured), bridges over the river, interesting tunnel and unearthly beauty everywhere, which Nature can provide. With its raging waters, the river has carved a beautiful canyon between sheer cliffs and the memories will remain for a long time.
We reach the Ribarnika restaurant at a suitable time for dinner. The pleasure of the walk will be even richer with a wonderful trout, prepared according to a special recipe. We return the same way. Overnight stay.

Second day: Breakfast. Check out the hotel. We are heading to Yablanishko Gorge, located adjacent to Transko. We still haven't shaken off our impressions of the Erma River Gorge and we are flooded with an even greater dose of beauty and lots and lots of adrenaline. It awaits us safely, but a very emotional experience – approx 3 hour and a half. The beginning of the path begins in the borders of the village of Bankya in Trna. Alternate bridges, stairs, views, waterfalls and stairs again, and views again. The eco-trail along the Yablanish Gorge has been renewed, but not to the very end. Our walk will end at the place, where it is safe to do so. Return by the same route, to admire the natural beauties one more time.
After the walk, departure for Veliko Tarnovo and Ruse. Arrival approx 21 h.
